Everyone gets ill at some time. When we feel unwell or have worrying symptoms we naturally want to know what is wrong with us. The symptoms of a cold are familiar - blocked nose, headache, sneezing, aches and pains - and we respond to these symptoms by taking a cold remedy and resting until we feel better.

However, other symptoms are not so easily explained and this can cause anxiety. The purpose of this section of the Web site is not intended to replace the need to talk to your doctor.
